Internal Audit of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Phase I at Hasanuddin University has just been completed. This internal audit began on July 3-7, 2023 by auditing 46 work units within Hasanuddin University including the Faculty of Agriculture (Faperta). The audit in Faperta took place on the third day, Wednesday, July 5, 2023 which started at 09.00-13.00 WITA located in the Assembly Room of the Faculty of Agriculture Unhas.

This ISO Internal Audit activity was carried out by presenting two auditors, Drs. Arsyad, M.Si and Prof. Dr. Ir. Sitti Nurani Sirajuddin, S.Pt., M.Si., IPU. While as Auditees, namely the Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Deputy Dean for Planning, Resources and Alumni, Deputy Dean for Partnerships, Research and Innovation along with the Heads of Subdivisions from each field along with the Head of Administration and the Quality Assurance Cluster accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture Unhas.

The implementation of this Audit begins with the Auditor one by one checking the availability of quality documents related to services, product quality and processes, handling of customer complaints and their follow-up. In addition, the auditors also visited laboratories, libraries, and lecture halls. The Faculty of Agriculture as the Auditee has prepared quality system documents that are the focus of this internal audit. As a result of the audit, no major findings were found in the implementation of this year’s internal audit.

The Internal Audit of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System is an effort to increase the productivity of institutional performance towards the development of quality and competence of human resources, in addition to improving existing quality management system documents at the Faculty of Agriculture Unhas. Thus the involvement of all work unit managers is important so that product quality, service satisfaction and performance productivity are guaranteed and increase stakeholder satisfaction.
